Plan for a photo

Picture of the sea around rocks, with a long exposure to turn the sea 'misty'. Someone sitting or standing on the rocks - that person not blurred.

Note - could go for seagulls instead.

How to achieve
The sea needs a long exposure - turn ISO right down, close the aperture down. Do this to get around a 30 sec exposure. Remember settings.
Set flash, move it closer till get the correct exposure on the subject. Can only adjust the light from flash on the flash and by distance.
Set flash zoom to 135 or so, to focus on the subject.
Have the sun behind the camera. The subject needs to be blocking no light, if possible (so subject can scamper off if they want to).
Set aperture and shutter back - go for the shot =]
